What’s Happening This Week   Memory-  Psalm145:13 The Lord is faithful to all His promises and loving toward all He has made.                         Romans 5:8 While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.   Religion- God’s Word, God’s promises, God’s Word Revealed, and God’s Messengers   Health-  This week we will be learning about making decisions & managing stress, refusing, communicating and resolving conflict.   English-      We will be doing a review of grammar terms and start working with parts of a sentence.   Reading-  We will learn how and why we choose books to read, how to abandon them, and we will learn about flashbacks.   Social Studies-  We will take a look at our nation’s geography, government and economy.   Science-  The scientific method   Math-  Building and using arrays, Properties of numbers, Multiplication Review, and Multiplying with more than 2 numbers   Writing- Brainstorming and writing about what we know.  We will also write letters to our Zion Buddies.   Spelling- Name origins and word classifications

     

We had a great start to the school year!  Candy Store will start this week. Kensey & Ashley E. will work on Friday from 3:00-3:15. Offering this month will go towards Main Street Living. Parents   Wednesday night classes will start Wed., Sept. 8, @ 6pm.  A meal starts at 5:20 for $2.50/person or $10 per family.  ( I do allow students to bring water bottles and a healthy snack for snack time!  God Bless!
