Sept. 28-Oct. 2, 2009 Knowing Jesus, Growing in Faith, Serving God’s Children
Dear Preschool parents, www.zioncrusaders.org
Make sure to send jackets this week, as we have some real fall weather! Yeah!
A Peek at the Week:
This week in Jesus Time we learn about when Jacob and Rachel had a baby, found in Genesis 30:22-24. We learn that Jesus loves us with the greatest love possible and gives us parents and others to love us and take care of us. Our Bible words are from Proverbs 23:25, “May your father and mother be glad.”
Tuesday- We will continue learning about fall and leaves now. We will be working on our Art to Remember projects—handprint angels. We will enjoy a class story called “Where is the Leaf?” as we practice our positional words. We will visit our school library to check out new books.
Thursday- We will enjoy some free paint with fall colors and practice patterning when we make leaf crowns.
Book of the Week: Lois Ehlert’s Red Leaf, Yellow Leaf

Help Wanted: I could still use some more milk lids if you have them! Thank you so much!
If your child is in daycare: We have Chapel this Wednesday with Pastor Jones. This is our last offering to help out baby Devon Jass who had some serious complications at birth.
I pray that you have a great week. Please feel free to call me anytime with questions or concerns!
